Easily integrated into your product or application, Thermoteknix' MicroCAM is ideal for all portable battery operated night vision requirements. MicroCAM draws less than 0.6W while delivering a full 384x288 60Hz composite video signal. The use of unstabilized, "TEC-less" technology enable MicroCAM to deliver an exceptional image over the entire operating range without impacting power consumption. MIRICLE MicroCAM employs the patented shutterless, Thermoteknix XTi Technology which removes the need for an electro-mechanical shutter assembly or reliance on external lens cap to perform Non Uniformity Correction (NUC). The resulting solid-state camera is smaller, more rugged and more reliable than conventional shuttered or lens-cap calibration devices with continuous and completely silent operation. Cameras with XTi technology do not suffer from "image-freeze" during the traditional Non-Uniformity correction calibration present in all other uncooled cameras and cores, resulting in an ‘Instant On - Never Blind' camera.
